In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management is undoubtedlyregarded as an effective tool to make and strengthen enterprise’s technologyinnovation ability, and to improve the enterprise’s technology innovationperformance. The dissertation takes private high-technology enterprises as theresearch object, and takes the knowledge management as a breakthrough point, onthe basis of combing and drawing lessons from existing knowledge managementand technology innovation research bibliography, analyzes the function and effectsof relationship among the internal environment of knowledge management, thedynamic process of knowledge management and the technological innovationability growing up, constructs a progressive relationship model among internaldriving force of knowledge management, dynamic ability of knowledgemanagement and technology innovation ability. This model takes dynamic courseof knowledge management as a clue, analyzes the function mechanism that thedynamic course of knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledgeabsorbing and knowledge innovation which effects on learning ability andtechnology ability and then produces positive influence on enterprise’s technologyinnovation ability and technology innovation performance.The dissertation outlines the function relation route of internal driving force,dynamic ability and technological innovation ability through exploring theinfluence relation among these three kinds of abilities. The dissertation takes theYangtze River Delta region as main area to carry on questionnaire investigation inthe private high-technology enterprises, and378valid questionnaires are obtained.With the help of SPSS20.2and Amos20.0software tool, the empirical study iscarried out on the hypotheses included in the model adopting methods such factoranalyzing, plural linear return analyzing and structural equation modeling, etc. Thefollowing conclusions reached by theoretical analysis and quantitative empiricalanalysis.Firstly, how to carry out knowledge management effectively depends on theknowledge management internal driving force. Enterprise culture, leaders’supports, organization structure, information technology infrastructure and incentive mechanism make up together the foundation of knowledge managementinternal driving force, the inherent motive force of launching the knowledgemanagement can be created only by the developing in collaboratively of these fivedimensions.In the second, the knowledge management of private high-technologyenterprises is a dynamic developing process. In this process, the four dimensionsof knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, and knowledge absorption andknowledge innovation move in circles and spiral uprising form the knowledgemanagement dynamic ability and promote positively the technological innovationdeveloping forward.Thirdly, the technology innovation ability of private high-technologyenterprise comes from the organic combination of enterprise’s learning ability andtechnological ability and reflects directly a series of technology innovationachievements; the technology innovation ability of enterprise is developed andpromoted during the dynamic cyclical process of knowledge management.In addition, the internal driving force of knowledge management of privatehigh technology enterprises exerts a positive influence on technology ability; thiskind of influence can be realized via a conducting mechanism of dynamic coursethrough the internal driving force of knowledge management acting on knowledgemanagement.Based on the research conclusion, this dissertation suggests that private hightechnology enterprises must improve the relevant facilities of knowledgemanagement, put up a basic platform for information management, and bringknowledge management into the procedure of operation and management ofenterprises. The private high technology enterprises should accumulate andincrease technological innovation ability, improve enterprise’s technologyinnovation performance during the deepening development process of knowledgeacquisition, knowledge combination, knowledge absorption and knowledgeinnovation, and then to realize sustainable and healthy development.
