Integrating information flow of realizing that the funds are integrated , logistics integrated.From September to October, the system entered operation stage of running side by side, from October to December, the system has entered perfecting and formal operation stage.From October of 1998 to December of 1999, lasted 14 months altogether, the system was finished formally . Made a analysis to the problem existing in the system and solutions finally.
