Content:Firstly the thesis analyses the role of manufacturing execution system in the structure of the iron and steel enterprise'information system,secondly the thesis analyses the necessity to constitute manufacturing execution execcution on the base of the iron and steel industry'actuality , the chaticteristic of Baogang group'technics and the actuality of management.On the base of them ,the author bring forward the ideas to constitute manufacturing ececution system, set forth the function of APS(Advanced Planning & Scheduling) and PSS (plant sequencing system) ,design the fuctional module of APS(Advanced Planning & Scheduling) and PSS (plant sequencing system) on the base of product line in Baogang group,finally the author give some advices about operating the manufacturin execution system ,If the manufacturing executin system can be estblised , the prduct cost will reduce, the deadline of delivering goods will advance ,the ability of competition will ehance.
