| At present, the high-tech industry has become the 'leading industry' which promoting the economic growth, and become the 'strategic industry' which enhancing the strength of national economy. Occupying a crucial position in the development of regional economy, the development of high-tech industry has a close connection with the readjustment of regional industrial structure. So the selection of regional high-tech industry will exert certain influence on the rate, situation and quality of readjustment of regional industrial structure. Due to the reality of our country, tendency towards convergence of regional industrial structure, imbalance of proportion, the low technique intensity and capital intensity etc. To explore the regional high-tech industry' selection in terms of the readjustment of regional industrial structure, it is of high realistic and theoretical significance.In line with the points mentioned above, this dissertation falls into the. following 6 chapters:The first chapter gives an account of the research background and research significance, the research method, the theoretical instrument, the logical structure and the innovation place of this paper.In the second chapter, a system of evaluation index for the regional industrial structure is established, which includes three aspects index: the rationalization index and advancing index, the speed index of industrial structure readjustment, the index of regional specialization level.The third chapter aims to set up a system of evaluation index for the high-tech industries. From the aspect of the development characteristics of high-tech industries, this dissertation embodies the developing level of high-tech industries from the three aspects of developing scale, developing speed and developing potential, and accordingly, we select the evaluation index for high-tech industries.The forth chapter, deriving from the second chapter and the third chapter, mainly concludes tow points: one is to have qualitative analysis of the correlation of the high-tech industries and the industrial structure of regional; the other is, to illustrate theevaluation index of regional industrial structure by means of index of high-tech industries, and establish a model as well. This model in this paper has been firstly applied to the whole country as well as three main areas, the East, the Middle, the West. Meanwhile, this paper undertakes a quantitative analysis on the correlation properties from nationwide scope. And finally the 5th chapter comes into being.The fifth chapter is the empirical examples of positive analysis in Chongqing municipality. Because of the statistics data's obtained, this paper analyze in viewpoint of the correlation of the selection of high-tech industries and the industrial structure's readjustment of Chongqing. It goes on as follows: 1. From the angle of correlation analysis, having a general look at the correlation of the high-tech industries and the industrial structure's readjustment of Chongqing. 2. To have positive analysis in terms of gray relevancy model, exploring the selection of the Chongqing's high-tech industries. 3. With the analysis and study of empirical results, putting forward an idea of setting up linear regression model.The final chapter is the conclusion of this paper. |
