| With the fast development of China's tourist industry and the rapid expansion of tourist market in recent years, the economic values as well as the scarcity of tourist resources have been in continuous increase. The current management model of tourist destinations must be reformed to adapt to this situation. Research has been made on this phenomenon by scholars and tourist enterprises.Due to laws and regulations on China's natural resources, how to identify the ownership and property right of a scenic area is still based on planned economy. The practice of tourist development stages that the present operation mode of scenic areas is an obstacle, to some extent, to the further development of tourist industry and the sustained utilization of tourist resources. The writer tries to probe into and make analysis on the ways of management of scenic area in theory and with first-hand data.In theory, this thesis discusses and analyzes the foundations on which management models of scenic area are established, the beneficiaries in the development of scenic area, and the factors which influence the management models. Major features of 10 management models and the external influence are also discussed on the basis of above analysis.This writer also takes as examples 4 major management models of scenic area, such as the typical leasehold model and listed corporations.The last part sees the conclusion of this thesis. |
