Wartime Regional Economic Safety Assessment

With the stepping into the 21st century, the world has changed a lot in politics, economy and military. Also, the strike and destroy model of new style war changed with it. The new environment brings new challenges to national economy security, especially to regional economy security.Basing on the our country's economy development model that develop from littoral to inland, linking to the precision strike and keystone strike of local war under high-tech conditions, the author analyzed how the war affects regional economy, energy sources, environment and society by using basic theory of national economy security. In this paper, the author has established fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of regional economy security, also monitoring and alert system which bases on the former model. Simultaneously, the thesis offered some suggests and countermeasures in order to protect our country regional economy security in the future. So that, in the condition of local war under high-tech conditions, we can cut down the loss of regional economy and ensure the regional economy's continuing development. The most important innovation in this thesis is that the author founded an evaluate index system on regional economy security in wartime. At the same time, a new mistiness integration evaluate model was constituted to estimate the evaluate index system.
