Selected Based On Knowledge Of Process R & D Organizational Structure

Efficient selection of organization structure guarantees the efficiency and quality regarding to the Research and Development (R&D) program of an enterprise. The selection is based on a constantly-changing time background. At industry economy age, the selection was mostly based on the capital, business scope etc. of the enterprise. Yet on the background of knowledge economy, there are some new features in the R&D program of an enterprise, knowledge has become the core factor. Therefore, it is very necessary to update the selection basis. Based on the background of knowledge economy and the particularities of the knowledge , the paper carries out a research on the selection of R&D organization structure in order to fetch up the disfigurement and shortage in nowadays research.Using the standardizes research approach, prove research approach, category analytic approach and summary analytic approach, referring the process, the paper analyzes particularities of the knowledge process in R&D program and categorizes knowledge process into six types according to the types and difficulty of knowledge process transfer. Based on this, the paper analyzes the relationship between knowledge process and R&D organization structure and proposed two key elements of efficient selection: the development of the Enterprise Informationization and the foundation of the new Corporate Culture. At last, matched with different knowledge process and R&D organization structure, the paper carries out the construction regarding to the selection of R&D organization structure in order to enhance its rationality and efficiency.
