Research And Application Of Knowledge Management In The Development Of IVD Products In K Company

Today is in the time of knowledge-based economy, Knowledge as the basis of the development of economy, promotes the scientific, economic and social development. To improve the knowledge creation ability and promote the social development, knowledge management is needed, especially the knowledge creation management. Company K is one of the earliest enterprises which manufacture in vitro diagnostic reagents, but recently because of the entrance of the large foreign enterprises and new companies appeared the market share of company K declined. To increase the IVD (In Vitro Diagnosis) market share, company K should improve its R&D efficiency.This paper summarized the theory of knowledge management, detailed Nonaka’s knowledge creation theory and organizational structure of the hypertext-model, introduced the development situation of the IVD market; Analyzed the R&D problems of company K both from structure and R&D process. Thus using Nonaka’s knowledge creation theory model to analyze the SECI model, influencing factors, promoting conditions, five-stage model and organization structure of company K in IVD products research and development, raised new IVD knowledge creation model which fit company K. and then using hypertext-style model of organizational structure to adjust the company’s organizational structure of company K, to make it fit for the new IVD knowledge creation model. This paper also gave a example to compare the difference of using the new IVD knowledge creation model or not, proved that the new IVD knowledge creation model could help to improve the efficiency of R&D in company K.
