Government regulation is not only an advanced theoretic undertaking, but also a highly operational practice, because it is closely links with the daily management of government. This thesis, on the basis of analysis to the realistic problems and the analysis of the basic theories regarding the marketing regulation, discusses the countermeasures to the reform of the government regulation system. It also puts forwards some solutions to the reform of government regulation system that fixes in with our country.This thesis falls into 3 parts. In first part, the author mainly expounds the conception of the marketing regulation and regulation system and discusses the necessity of marketing regulation. In the second part, the author analyzes the problems exists in the marketing regulation system and the developing history and tendency of the marketing regulation system. The third part is the major part of this paper. The author brings forwards some countermeasure to reform the marketing regulation system that fixes in with our country on the basis of drawing on advanced experiences of foreign countries and taking the reality of China into account. In the last, the author provides some proposals regarding strengthening and perfecting the government regulation system.
