| This thesis mainly analyses the existing problems of Yantai Fushan High-Tech Industrial Zone (FHIZ) and makes strategic suggestions for the future economic development through the methods of statistics and summary. Chapter one. It introduces the basis theory of High-Tech Industrial Zone and strategy, and the definitions of High-Tech Industry, and the developing of Special Economic Zone and Economic and Technology Development Zone and High-Tech Industrial Zone, and the definition of strategy and the three main contents of strategy including strategy analysis, choice, implementation, and the theory of cluster economy. Chapter two. It introduces the development of FHIZ and the five aspects of the achievements including the perfect foundations and increasing of economic etc,and restricted factor. Chapter three. It analyses the direct environment, resources and strategic capability of FHIZ and the developing of domestic and international political and economic. It is used of the five forces model to take part the threat of competition. Comparing with YanTai Economic and Technology Development Zone and YanTai High-Tech Industrial Zone in geography location, preferential policies, direct cost, the orientations of developing, the service system, the ability of economic, the study on the choice of investing location, it is concluded that FHIZ has the advantage for investment. Chapter four. Strategic choice of FHIZ is the converging part. Basing on the core ability, upon industries of automobile components and IT, FHIZ develops the small size enterprises and the labors-lead enterprises, which come from Korea and Japan. Chapter five. The research result and disadvantage. According to the last data and on the starting point of competitive advantages, the thesis reveals the economic developing laws from the essence and makes Strategic choice of FHIZ. |
