Based on system analysis theory and multi-index integrated evaluation theory, after analyzing the situation of researches on logistics enterprise performance evaluation, in this thesis, the author conducts research to the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise. Through analysis of the conception, connotations and characters of performance evaluation theory, the paper put forward the task, system and process of evaluation of logistics enterprise performance. Based on correlative researches at home and abroad, a complete index system of logistics enterprise performance is set up according to some principles and methods. It also studies the normalization of index value, the calculation of index weight and the methods of performance evaluation. By analyzing the advantage and disadvantage and applicability of usual methods of performance evaluation, a new method of logistics enterprise performance is put forward, in which, AHP (analytical hierarchy process) and information entropy method are used to calculate the weights of performance evaluation indexes; gray evaluation theory is used to get the evaluation matrixes of experts; then get the evaluation result by fuzzy theory. Finally, the system software of logistics enterprise performance evaluation is designed by Visual Basic 6.0 and Matlab 6.5 in the operating system of Windows XP, which has a friendly interface and a characteristic of simple, practical and flexibility. Depend on this software, you can easily set up logistics enterprise performance evaluation system, calculate the weights of indexes, and get the result of logistics enterprise performance evaluation.
