Performance evaluation is an important issue of business management theory, and it is a very realistic problem. Theories of it are completed and systematical, so how to apply them to practice will be the next research direction. As the reform in electric system, electric power corporation will face to market's competence and challenge, how to improve performance will be the key factor which decides the company will be successful or not. The design and implementation of it is crucial for enhancing performance.Through the analysis of the case , the paper analyzed the current situation and the characteristics of INNER MONGOLIA hangjinhouqi Electric Company and picked out shortcomings of current performance evaluation system .Then I redesigned the performance evaluation index system for hangjinhouqi Electric Corporation .At last , this paper used the fuzzy mathematical analysis method to analyze the result of evaluation .I hope these measures can have an active effect on promoting the company management.
