At present, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in china has exceeded twelve million, which accounts for 99% of the all registered enterprises. The GDP, realizing profit payments and tax turnover and export amount accounts respectively for 55.6%, 46.2% and 62.3% of the domestic gross. The small medium-sized enterprises provide 75% employment of the countrywide. Simultaneously, they occupy outstanding status in the technological progress such as technological invention (65% of the patent), technological innovation (75%) and the development of new product (80%).
