In the past few years , the Chinese real estate profession is in the high velocity grows to maturity phase Yet due to the growth velocity in marketplace is too quick , most real estate businesss are frequently overlookd building together with the administration to business human resource , and at the moment cause the low satisfactory degree of real estate profession personnel staff and the fluidity is taller .As the core personnel staff which act as the real estate project operates, the project manager is scarce in marketplace at the moment and frequently becomes other business's target. So how to design the incentive mechanism aims at project manager is becoming the pressing task to the real estate business higher level.The research subject of this paper, Da xin real estate corporation, is a private middle-sized real estate enterprise of HuNan province. Since lacking the scientific incentive mechanism together with relevant necessary performance management system, the corporation faced the puzzled problem such as the project manager leaving the job temporarily and lacks developmental succeeding power . Therefore it is necessary to optimize the design of the available incentive system, and drawing up the rightful incentive pattern in order to achieve the persistent development of the corporation.On the basis of encouragement theory, the author analyzed the feature of real estate profession project manager and the corporation's available incentive mechanism, and introduced usual encouragingmeasure, at the same time, he dissected the present problem of DaXin, pointed out the problem location, and finally follows incentive mechanism design principles, he suggested to establish more scientific ,still more practical incentive mechanism, and supplies the long-term and all direction excitation for the project manager. Among them , stressly shall tradition excitative means such as yearly pay according to the project development cycle payment on the basis of the feature of real estate project manager, thereby settle the problem, that is, real estate project cycle is too long and the difficulty for one year act as a examination cycle unit.The paper stressly utilize the existing encouragement theory together with the binding theory, uniting the actual case of DaXin real estate corporation, inquiring the effective method to encourage and bind the project manager for real estate business in the hope of guiding its sound progress.
