| With the increasing yearning of Chinese people for a better life and the promotion of China’s urbanization process,the appearance of cities and towns and the living environment have been greatly improved.For the sake of striving for various titles of civilization,more and more special cleaning vehicles are used by government departments to clean the environment and beautify the beautiful city.The huge demand has given birth to a large number of enterprises specializing in the production of special clean vehicles.The entry of a large number of enterprises into the market has generated incentive competition.In the fierce competition,some enterprises are far ahead,some enterprises gradually lose.Despite some enterprises have increased rapidly in recent years,due to the inability of their own performance appraisal system to excite the eagerness of front-line employees in an effective manner,they have experienced a development constriction and need to make their thinking different and optimize the assessment system.Taking YD company as the research object,combined with literature research method,questionnaire enquiring measure and study the experience,this dissertation seeks the defects of the performance appraisal system,refers to the questions in the company’s performance appraisal system currently,so as to optimize and improve the deficiencies.This research can fundamentally improve the subjective initiative of the production front-line employees of YD company,improve the production and operation capacity of employees,enlarge the power of business in the resemble industry and raise the core competitive power of the company,which is of great meaning to the continuable development of employees and company.First of all,the dissertation presents the research setting,research sense and research status at home and abroad.Then,it introduces the concept,fundamentals,programs and performance appraisal system and the relevant theory of foundations.Later,it states the performance appraisal system of YD company,decomposes,proves and summarizes the problems and causes of the performance appraisal system.Then,the critical performance index measure and balanced scorecard are referred for the indexes and methods,the analytic hierarchy process is used for improving the weight,and the 360 degree performance assessment method is referred to improve the assessment subject.Then,the cycle,result feedback and application are optimized to form an optimization scheme.The last,the safeguard measures of the optimization scheme are put forward. |
