The performance evaluation is the core part of the business human resource management.The performance evaluation system with good works can promote the achievement of enterprise target,create high-performance,and keep on development of the enterprise.How to design a set of performance evaluation system which is scientific and matching the enterprise actual situation is very important for promoting the enterprise competition ability.What,s more,for the state-owned big and medium-sized enterprise,the performance evaluation is seen to have realistic meaning.On the introduce of the personnel performance appraisal,s signification and performance index system,s concept and principle,particularly analysis the problems exsit in ZMJ designing index system,then analyse and research the index system,s composing of index type and content,from among quest the thought and measure to resolve these problems. In the end,bring forward the thought and frame of forming index system,and design several appraisal model from the angle of layer.
