Marketing channel plays an important role in a company's marketing strategies. There is a popular sonnet in market circle, saying channel is the King. However, a large number of corporations just regard channel as an access to market instead of managing it as an important external resource as well as a value-increased chain, which leads to lots of conflicts, making corporations and merchants fell unbearable. Some corporations complain that it is difficult to find a good way to dispel this surprise cycle of conflicts, saying its success lies in channel as well as its failure. And now 80 percent of new products fail to go to market, one of important reasons is that the channel design and management were not taken into account seriously.This article is to take Tang Renshen as an example, detailed strategies on how enterprises design and manage channels with methods of Marketing theories along with background and characteristics of the Feedstuff field, that is, enterprises shall treat the channel members as clients and partners, planning such channels systematically with method of designing, selecting, activating, evaluating and harmonizing when at the same time, enterprises shall improve its abilities of management and set up the integrated channel system on the lead instead of gambling for benefits with channels.
