The systems are suit for the enormous traditional manufacturers which want to make progress through full utilization of their existing potential.This thesis provides a profound analysis and research on Lean Production System, the environment of Kelon Air-conditioner company, Corporation culture, Production character, Market status etc. Kelon company has the basis of institutionalizing and standardization of The Total Quality Management. The 10 years' application of MRPII information technology provides strong support to the supply chain management. On the base of above points the thesis designs three steps for the proposal and especially performs a deep research on organization recreation, Spot management, Lean logistic, evaluation system, etc. The proposal is feasible for the implementation of Lean Production System in Kelon Air-conditioner company. This thesis has addressed the existing problem to be solved, the necessity together with the strategy and method of implementation of Lean Production. Finally the thesis provides simple introduction of the research trend of Lean Production. |
