Discrete Manufacturing Aps Model

This article first proposed the background and the significance of the advanced planningand scheduling, then has carried on the summary about the origin, the developmentcondition and the present situation of the advanced planning and scheduling, andcompared to ERP. Take the Corporation of Beijing Far East for example which producedZC-8 ohmmeter. Analyze the existing planning and scheduling from the technical processpresent situation, the work center present situation, the bills of materials and the type ofplanning and scheduling. And find out the problem in the planning and themanufacturing bottleneck. At last, proposed the solution of production process in thismanufacturing industry. Based on this example, constructed the general model ofadvanced planning and scheduling in separate manufacturing industry. Then applied thesystem analysis and design method to this model, and realized this model with EXCEL.In the last part of this paper, carried on the appraisal to the model application, andcontrast with the MRP application, proposed this model limitation and the forecast ofadvanced planning and scheduling.
