On the one hand, it can make the ERP constantly improve, improve the success rate of implementation of ERP; on the other hand, by the use of APS, that is really a new tool and reflecting supply chain theory, considering the various constraints in the corporate planning process and help enterprises to their further improve of production efficiency.From the specific to the general, systems analysis and design methods are used to collect first-hand information through field research. This research has both practical and theoretical significance. From practice,APS applications conducive to the production plan closer to reality; more feasible, to solve the problem that when ERP system in actual use is out of touch with the grass roots and can make the planning process more smoothly. Theoretically, APS is considered to complement some of the pitfalls of the ERP system in system design, such as a fixed lead times, fixed process route, unlimited production capacity, once the plan to develop and difficult to modify and so on. APS is the result that considering all of these inconsistent factors in actual use.In this thesis, the main contents of the study came from Guangdong Hongxing Furniture Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The final research of the paper is a production planning process to Hongxing furniture equipment manufacturing company by considering the constraints.
