On Financial Management Innovation, Restructuring Of Research Institutes

This thesis stands on the background of the reformed scientificresearch academes, on the standpoint of enterprise supervisor, discuss theinnovations of enterprise management and finance management, towork for the development of enterprises.This thesis includes five parts:The first part introduces the maininnovation of financial management of scientific research academes.
