Capital Of State-owned Asset Management Companies Operate A Number Of Issues To Study

This article is a study about the capital operation actuality, problemsand future development strategies of the four state-owned asset managementcorporations.This article includes four parts. The first part expatiates the establishbackground, missions and major jobs of these corporations.The second part analyses the new audit report, which relates thesecorporations in 2005. The report stated three serious problems, which areviolate peel off and purchase ill assets, violate treat ill assets in low price andconfusedly financial managements and so on. The result of study shows thatthere are two reasons lead to produce these problems. One is the outsidereason.
