As for a pioneering enterprise, it will be the first choice to become an agent ofproducts for a start, while the first bucket of gold will accumulated to be an agent of goodproducts and apply the positive scientific operation.Shilian Weiye is a good example for such kind of enterprises starting business as anagent of products. As an agent for products of Chinese national communication giant,Huawei Company, Shilian Weiye has been in an active operation of the nationwideexpressways and has achieved a remarkable performance and collected certain resourcesover the last five years.However, agency may restrict the development scale of an enterprise, for thesupplier's authorization model for the agent and unitary brand of products may become anatural ceiling panel for the development of the enterprise. With a rapid development forseveral years, the enterprise may encounter a bottleneck. Just like a ten-year enterprise thatwants for a secondary pioneering, the five-year enterprises may also consider how toexpand and maintain a sustained survival. This Article attempts to analyze and discussproblems of such kind that Shilian Weiye has faced.With a rapid development for five years as an agency company, Shilian Weiye is inurgent need to resolve the problems of how to transform, how to develop new businesslines and how to gain the core competitive strength with independent intellectual properties.Starting the actual development and current operation of the enterprise and basing on thedevelopment trend of communications industry and communication industry, the Articlepresents a thorough analysis on the macro, medium and micro environments in which theenterprise is positioned by applying the analytical model of strategic five elements andcombining the analytical ideas of the Port's five forces and SWOT. The analysis on theenterprise' organization has adopted mainly the value-chain analytical method. Throughthe analysis, a comparison is made on the choices of strategies for the enterprise andtargets the enterprise's operation composition and defines the enterprise's key strategic taskin combination with a combination of the operation value chain. During theimplementation of the strategy, focus is placed on the periodical and key factors so that theimplementation of the strategy can be even steadier to reduce risks and safeguard theelasticity and success rate of operating the strategy.
