Based on the trend of globalization, the go-out strategy will be the main mode forChinese corporations to participate in international competition and cooperation. Based onresearching the history, motivation of development and characteristics of multinationalsand its future trend under the condition of globalization and integration of regionaleconomies, this paper aims at SWOT analysis of Chinese corporations, and do go-outstrategy research for Chinese corporations.The competitions of any corporations stem from its core and distinctive competitiveadvantage, generally speaking, it includes its vision, mission, strategy advantage, resourcescompetence ability, and competition advantage of value chain, as well as market andproducts. The emergence of globalization and integration of regional economies make itpossible that productivity factor can flow across or transcending national boundaries, andfurther optimize productivity factors all over the world. While facing the condition ofsatisfying the equilibrium of supply-demand, Chinese corporations gradually grasp theopportunity, expend its international business, and adopt the go-out strategy to meet thelarger international market, which is a totally new subject for Chinese corporations.This paper starts from studying the point of multinational management, and thenanalyzes the go-out strategies of Chinese corporations facing the international anddomestic environment, as well as the opportunities and challenges when these corporationsgo out and make investment aboard, and brings forward ways and means for thecorporations and the government. In the last, a comprehensive case study of HuaweiTechnologies in Shenzhen is included in this paper for illustration purpose.
