| With the speeding of economic globalization and fast development of Internet, more and more companies, especially those transnational companies, are outsourcing their non-core businesses in order to improve their core competence. In this way, outsourcing of human resource has been developed. The market of human resource outsourcing is becoming more and more comprehensive, and there has been a trend that more and more enterprises outsource their human resource management. Foreign companies and institutes have adopted the human resource outsourcing in a wide range. This thesis studies the service model of human resource outsourcing of the foreign service industry in China from the perspective of industrial structure and enterprise core competence by using the methods of case study, structural analysis, and systematic analysis. The major content and structure of the thesis is as follows:First of all, we summarized the theories of outsourcing and human resource outsourcing in order to base the following study on those theories.Secondly, we studied the history and current situation of the human resource outsourcing company from both international and civil perspectives. Then we analyzed the problems of the human resource outsourcing industry in China through supply analysis, demand analysis, and risk analysis.Finally, we analyzed the leader of the foreign service industry—Shanghai Foreign Service Company about its management, service models, and service process, and furthermore, we reached the conclusions of management principles, models, and methods to help other companies in this industry to improve their own business. |
