This article on a basis of elementary theory of encouragement and excitation model, study both here and abroad present force 'excitation model, summarize the present status of excitation model both here and abroad, affirm it's merit, analyses and found out it's insufficiency point out, thoroughly discuss one of insufficiency points about less allusion of environmental factor as far as present excitation model, affirm environmental factor take on major role on encouragement, favorable environment be able to create huge affect on both work attitude and enthusiasm of enterprise member, put forward an enterprise excitation model which emphasis on environmental factor , including modal formation and environment formation having incentive action, Put forward specific measure about how to construct environment which is in favor of transfer enterprise member enthusiasm, Including how to building basic material environment, development environment, employ persons environment, management environment, organizational environment, cultural contexts and other environment as well, point to environmental factor affect on effectiveness of positive and negative encouragement, put forward certain measures about how to construct environment which is in favor of positive and negative encouragement. Through study enterprise excitation model which emphasis on environmental factor, made up common insufficiency point of less allusion bout environmental factor existing in preset excitation model, keep excitation model in existence much more perfect and effective, be favorable to enterprise construct favorable environment and preferably inspirit employee, obtain certain reality reference value for enterprise about how to improve his member work enthusiasm.
