In the new economy era under the knowledge management, the excitation mechanism would play a big role on the HR management. Excitation mechanism is crucial to the enterprise’s future since it could help to arouse the employee’s enthusiasm and inspire the individual potential ability.Recently, more and more state-owned companies had been aware of the importance of the excitation mechanism and tried many actions and revolutions on it. Although it has achieved a bit success of its own, there are still existing many problems on the way to its sub-company or the owner of the subsidiary. These state-owned company had shown its understanding and attention but that is still far from enough. Due to the thoughts had been confined to the traditional world and the behavior to the system, common misunderstanding on the knowledge and operation happen. The methods taken are more simple and old-fashioned and the targets of the company are not in consistence with the actual demand of his/her own enterprise. In this way, the mechanism would not bring any benefit.Take the corporation of KM as an example, this article had made the analysis on the existing problems of the excitation mechanism built by the sub-company or the owner of the subsidiary of the state-owned company in our country. In addition, it has given the related solutions and hope it would be useful to KM and other state-owned company to improve their system and HR management. This would be valuable and significant both on theory and practice.
