Research On Establishing Excitation Mechanism For Core Staff Of CH Star Hotel

Along with the steps of the whole world economy becoming one body and scientific and technical developing rapidly, Human Resource has becoming the critical factor of pushing enterprise towards healthy and sustainable development. CH-star hotel, along with the fierce competition among hotels, personnel recruitment difficulty and losses of staff are becoming main difficult problems. The excitation mechanism system of the hotel is either formalized or inflexible and can’t achieve the excitation goal. The paper’s research subject is the excitation mechanism of hotel core staff. Through my study and research work, I can find a series of effective excitation methods.The content first consists of interrelated theory survey introducing the concerned theories about excitation mechanism and up to date research production at home and abroad. All these aroused my researching about excitation mechanism. Secondly, the content is reductive summing up CH star hotel’s current situations, analyzing the root of problems, then defining and dividing the core staff including new college students and middle managers of CH star hotel. Finally, the main question is to optimize excitation mechanism. Research methods include literature research, questionnaire survey and interview.After investigating and researching the present situation of CH star hotel and analyzing the true root of the lifeless conditions, propose people oriented excitation, That is a deny of military management which is why staff is losing and hotel is lifeless like standing water. People foremost and flexible excitation as an advantage has highlighted, this also illuminates to innovate human resource management.
