Research On Establishing Excitation Mechanism For Core Staff Of New Empire Hotel

The competition in the 21st century mainly depends on the competition of talent. Human resource is a strategic resource of a modern enterprise and a key factor determining defeat and success of an enterprise. Any hotel cannot achieve healthy and sustained development without possessing high-quality talent and optimizing integral human resource situation. To optimize integral human resource situation, a hotel shall not only improve its management mechanism and operation mechanism, but also set up an effective excitation mechanism. How to set up an effective excitation mechanism is an important task of a hotel in the human resource management. On this basis, the author makes an investigation of the core staff, carries out on-the-spot study, combines the real conditions and development demands of the hotel, finally works out an optimization program with clear level and aim on hotel core staff excitation mechanism.
