Performance Management Of The Tobacco Companies In The East China Sea Research And Improvement Program

This thesis regards Donghai Tobacco Company as the research object. Chapter two: Have recommended the method and course in studying the performance management problems in Donghai Tobacco Company, and analyzed the investigation result, pointing out the existing problems in the company's management of human resources. Chapter three: Use the relevant theories of performance to propose the improved scheme to the performance management of Donghai Tobacco Company, including the principle of the improvement and the specific method and scheme.
