There has been more and more enterprises are beginning to accept the concept of performance management Since the concept of performance management into our country, and those enterprises design and implemente of performance management systems in management practice, with brain or their hands. After years of practice, performance management theory and technology has been a great development both in our country and abroad, but the recognition on performance improvement is still inadequate. Despite key role of the performance improvement in performance management, performance improvement has not really been pay attention to. Based on this background, this article aims to study the current issue of enterprises performance improvement management, in order to lay solid foundation for the theory of performance improvement management and to provide an effective method for managers to manage human resources.The author chose 100 valid questionnaires as the analysis sample to identify the factors that affect employees performance improvement management,the factors are as follows: recognition of the need for performance improvement, performance counselling responsibility, publicity of performance improvement conception, corporate strategic support, performance improvement management skills, staff personal factors, targeted measures for improving the performance, the results awareness of performance improvement. The innovation of this paper is as follows: First of all, this research will expand the depth and scope of employees performance improvement management and come out with a theoretical system, focus performance improvement management on performance improvement. Secondly, it is a breakthrough to pay more attention to personal qualiry than simple personal behaviors.By the analysis, the followings are the main findings:Firstly, improving corporate organizational structure and work processes can provide a powerful guarantee of effectively improving the performance of the staff on the level of system. Secondly, the design of the scientific work itself can effectively improve staff performance from the working level. Thirdly, comprehensively improving the quality of the employees, especially master their personality characteristics.The main points of view on this article is expressed throuth five parts:the first part is the indication, mainly on research background and research methods; The second part is divided into literature review on domestic and foreign-related performance management and performance improvement of research and development results; Part three is about Empirical Study on the performance improvement management of Chinese current Enterprises′staff; Part four concerns the solution of the issues; part of the fifth and prospects is about the conclusion﹑weakness and outlook of the study.
