Performance management is the core content of human resource management in real estate enterprises,and it has linkage with human resource planning,recruitment configuration,training development and salary management module.The real estate enterprise performance management will have a direct impact on the efficiency of staff and enterprise management efficiency,so the change of the market environment,with the continuous development of the real estate industry of the enterprise itself and the talent gap expanding industry,take reasonable optimization of existing enterprise performance management process,so as to improve the human resources efficiency,promote the enterprise strategy development is urgent.Facing the grand flowering of performance management in enterprises,whether it has become a means of effective management of real estate enterprises,and has promoted the performance of employees and the overall performance of enterprises,which is worthy of attention.This paper,taking the J Real Estate Company in Chongqing as an example,adopts the form of unstructured personal interview and structural group interview,and carries out a thorough communication and communication with the deputy general personnel of the personnel,the manager,the supervisor and the staff of the J company on the implementation of the current performance management of the company.Based on the basic theory and method of performance management,the performance management of J company is diagnosed.This paper tries to make an in-depth analysis of the problems in the performance management from the actual situation of J company,and studies the improvement strategy of the company performance management problem by using the related theories and tools of modern performance management.Firstly,the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad are described.Secondly,the common methods of performance,performance appraisal,performance management and performance management are theoretically combed.Thirdly,review the evolution process of the performance management of the company,and summarize the problems in the performance management and explore the causes.For example,the management knowledge is not in place,the concept is confused;the performance implementation is not planned,the goal is vague;the information feedback is not timely and the skills are short;the results are not fully applied and the form is single.In addition,combined with the actual situation of J company,it puts forward improvement countermeasures and implementation guarantee for its existing problems in performance management.Finally,the results of this study and shortcomings in writing are summarized.
