| This thesis is a study which emphasis on production organizing in a mass production exercise, handling lean thinking, implementing excellent management in a Germany company which was newly built in china. The thesis discourse upon the theory and the development regarding the lean production. Especially according to the process characteristic of GEA China company, the writer put forward the theory which combine the advanced technology, high performance production and specialization skill of employee of Germany factory with the lowest cost by eliminating all the waste of the lean production theory. The thesis practically organize the production by suitable method and the management knowledge of lean production and achieve the target that implement the lowest manufacture cost. The thesis carry out the production plan, organizing the employee team, controlling the inventory and the quality, total production maintenance and standardization the operation, management worksite. All the work adopt the management skills and methods of lean production. These skills and methods come from the lean thinking. The thesis compare the major data between the GEA china company and the GEA Germany company. The major data include the productivity, the quality of the production and the capacity of the equipment. The thesis compare and analyse the data of GEA China and GEA Germany during the same time and then get the conclusion that it is feasible that a foreign company with mass production carry through the lean production in practice. The thesis bring forward that there is some absolutely necessarily condition in practice lean production ,implementing lean thinking. These condition include:The head of an enterprise should be have the high diathesis. The enterprise culture should be amalgamation with the lean thinking. The company should have a good team that the employee have higher skills. the manager have the sufficiency knowing regarding the lean thinking and implementing the lean production. The internal and the external environment regarding an enterprise should be feasible in implementing lean production in practice. |
