Central Heating Enterprises Cost Analysis And Price Positioning

District heating system is one of the important infrastructures in a city. It is an important way to save energy and protect the environment. In our country, district heating was beginning at the fifties last century, there are more than 300 district heating enterprises in the country, made a great contribution to raising people's living level, improving the residential environment and saving energy. Under planned economy mechanism, the district heating was regarded as social welfare. The residents needn't pay the heating cost themselves. The heating enterprises was given by government subsidy. so the heating cost is high, and the heating technology is low. With the fastening of marketing process, the problems on heating system and model of management are shocked. The problem of heating cost and prices is intense, and this is also the important problem of the enterprise entering the market. In accordance with the present situation of district heating in our country, this paper applies an approach of analytic demonstration and starts with analyzing heating cost to find influential factors. By using the experiences of advanced countries regarding metering and pricing, pricing target and three pricing methods are forwarded for heating enterprises. BDHG is used as a case study to assess the heating price according to different pricing methods. The assessment result is forwarded to related government divisions for reference.
