Infrastructure Management Center In Dalian Development Zone Project Management, Process Design

The theory of Project Management is researched and created from human being production activities and it applies to broad fields with mature methods. Quality Management System, Environment and Health & Safety Management System, which are the precise, systematic and enhanced management modules, they are abstracted from management practice and operations and to meet the needs of economy development and social production activities. To integrate the above management systems and methods which could improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Project Management.The Infrastructure Management Center of Dalian Development Zone is the management organization who is responsible for projects of foundation establishment at the development zone. And it aims quality assurance, capital saving, environment protection and safety guarantee during the process of project management. The effective method of reaching the targets is to integrate and apply the theory of Project Management, Quality Management, Environment, Health & Safety system into practices. Meanwhile, we could promote our management system and methods by improving and innovating those modules and tools. Though the above mentioned systems have been applied for years, but it's performance and understanding of it's connotation is still not ideal. The one purpose of writing this thesis is to further analyze and explain the requirement of process design of the above systems, on the other hand, to drive and improve our work performance by implementing the process and methods.
