The key customer is the enterprise's main benefit origin, the foundation, and the development source of survival. The successful key customer marketing has created the rich profit for the enterprise, and has laid the good foundation to cultivate own ability and to improve the core competitive ability for the enterprise .The key customer marketing management quality also on inevitably directly related the rise and fall success or failure which managed to the enterprise. Based on key account manager is the bridge between the enterprise and the customer, it is very important for the enterprise to establish the inspection and the drive mechanism which is scientifically and fairly to appraise the key account manager's work achievement.In the Weiter Biochemistry's developing process, the malpractices witch are in the key account manager's performance appraise system gradually become one of restricted corporate growth factors. In view of Weiter Biochemistry's urgent demand, along with the present situation of the key account manager's performance appraise system, this article has conducted the system research to design the key account manager's performance appraise system and it's theory basis, the design mentality and the method, and has designed the perfect performance appraise system and the application for the key account manager.The dissertation is constituted of five chapters. In chaperl, it is introduction, and its content includes the question proposed, research mentality and research technique, research present situation about the domestic and foreign performance appraise of the key account manager as well as this article content structure. In chapter 2, it is theory basis. It introduced the design theory basis, at the same time innovated the union achievements inspection theory and the relational marketing study theory to construct the key account manager's KPI system. In chapter 3, it is real analysis. It introduced Weiter Biochemistry's present situation, and interpreted the key account manager's value. In chapter 4, it is zheredesign of the key account manager's performance appraise system. On the base of zhe present situation, It introduced the design mentality, and had redesigned the key account manager's performance appraise system. In chapter 5, it is the redesign's application and guaranteed measure. At last, it is conclusion. It introduced the characteristic of zhe design and illustrated the precautionary measures when it would be put into practice.
