Management master Peter Drucker once said:cannot be evaluated,cannot manage,so we can realize the important role of performance appraisal.It is the focus of modern human resources,the embodiment of the ability of staff,the basis of promotion,and it chart the course for staff to improve their work.At present,the competition in the securities industry is increasingly intense,and the demand for account managers is getting higher and higher,but the lack of effective human resource management is becoming a factor restricting the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an effective performance appraisal system.This paper takes the Southwest Securities Changsha Business Department as an example.Through the research on the existing performance appraisal system of the account manager of the Southwest Securities Changsha Business Department,we analyze the existing performance appraisal system according to the relevant theoretical basis of the performance appraisal field and the domestic and foreign scholars' research results,combines with the actual situation of the reasons for the existence of the problem,and explore the corresponding optimization program.The article finds that the existing performance appraisal of the Southwest Securities Changsha Business Department has not received enough attention,no special post.The assessment indicators are financial indicators,and the assessment content is single and no important division,which cannot fully reflect the company's strategic objectives.The process of lack of effective communication feedback,and assessment results are not fully utilized.Therefore,in the performance appraisal optimization program,we combine with the balance of the scorecard and key indicators of the idea,and add two financial assessment indicators,new net assets and financial products sales income,to guide the account manager of the relevant business attention,which reflects the company business transformation needs,and all the financial assessment indicators in accordance with the company's strategic planning for the distribution of weight,and adds the learning and innovation,attitudes and behavior and other non-financial assessment indicators,while the performance appraisal of the communication and the application of assessment results have carried out a comprehensive provision.The optimization program is conducive to the business department and the account manager of the common progress,and ultimately achieve the company's strategic objectives.This research not only has a great guiding effect on the performance management of the account manager of Southwest Securities Changsha Business Department,but also has some reference significance for other securities companies.
