Modern agriculture park is adapt to the new stage of agricultural development, so as to promotethe agricultural structure adjustment and industrial upgrade as the goal, and gradually formed adevelopment and a new organizational form. It is a new way to promote the transformation andupgrading of bamboo industry and to accelerate the construction of modern agriculture. As a newmode of modern forestry development, modern phyllostachys pubescens forestry park aim toaccelerate the construction of modern agriculture, to promote the development of bamboo forestry,increasing farmers’ income, promoting the bamboo industry from traditional forestry to modernforestry in Zhejiang province.This paper uses the participatory rapid appraisal and participatory technonlogy development toanalyze17modern phyllostachys pubescens forestry parks in Anji, Suichang and Qingyuan country inZhejiang province, combined with the analysis of forestry infrastructure construction andmanagement technology of phyllostachys pubescens coverage, we analysis the modern phyllostachyspubescens forestry park drive to bamboo farmers’ production, operation of organization and its ownoperating mechanism, hoping to provide reference to the healthy expand of the modern park.Famers’ characteristics and production actuality survey showed that, currently, above90%ofrural labor force transfer from forest land to industrial workers, farmhouse or service industries, onlysmall population stay in the village, their aging degree is serious and their income is changing frombamboo forest management to wage income and a variety of forestry management mode. Gradually,traditional and self-sufficient production is changing to a variety of production and operation choice,journeyman(above10%), employees(above80%) and other means.Modern phyllostachys pubescens’s forestry park’s running is mainly by government, enterpriseand farmer, integrating local resources, industry, culture, technology and the advantages ofmechanism, hoping to make the modern forestry park into a good benefit, strong science andtechnology, nice ecological quality, beautiful modern forestry science and technology demonstrationzone. In view of the development of modern agricultural park’s present level, through the cultivationof the investment and financing mechanism, technical innovation mechanism, establishing a flexible,orderly personnel management mechanism and completing the mechanism of land circulation,improving modern phyllostachys pubescens forestry park’s integrate innovation ability, making theZhejiang modern forestry park overall level reaching the leading domestic level.
