As well as the lose of the trade competition ability. The gaps between the North and South widen. Further more, the expert of high-knowledge product has a positive correlation with the patent application and R&D expense in that year. High-knowledge product trade and total foreign trade of each province in China have a deep relation with the IP application in the province. In a word, the trade effects bring by IP consist of trade innovation effect, trade creation effect, trade competition effect, trade criterion effect and trade distortion effect. China has a good development in international trade, but has much pressure brings by the internal and external IP development. As a strategy, we should unify the IP management and combine with the trade strategy, enhance the trade advantage of the traditional and high-tech industry, improve the IP handle ability of the trade company.
