Study On The Mechanism Of Promoting Agricultural Industrialization And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Information

It is stressed that to increase farmers' income is the focal task of government in the No.1.Circular of the Party Central Committee in 2004; and in that of 2005, the task of increasing integrated ability of agriculture production is emphasized. To push forward integrated management of agriculture is an important measure to increase integrated ability of agriculture and increase farmers' income. These days, both theorists and government have made many researches and practices on how to propel agricultural integration, however, it is neglected that agricultural informatization will accelerate the process of agricultural integration, and related research is also very little. Therefore, it is significant both in theory and reality to systematically analyze the mechanism how agricultural informatization accelerate the process of agricultural integration and subsequently provide countermeasures based on the analysis.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, the thesis discusses the mechanism how agricultural informatization accelerates the process of agricultural integration and its countermeasures. First of all, the thesis overviews literatures on agricultural informatization, agricultural integration and literatures on how agricultural informatization accelerates agricultural integration. Then the thesis clarifies the mechanism how agricultural informatization accelerates agricultural integration based on the analysis of many cases in Zhejiang Province, and testifies the model of how agricultural informatization affects leading enterprises and farm households, adopting questionnaire survey and data analysis. Finally, the thesis proposes several countermeasures on how to take advantage of agricultural informatizaion to accelerate agricultural integration from the perspectives of government and integrated management organizations of agriculture. The outcome of the research includes following four aspects:(1) Utilizing agricultural informatization technology, the government can not only foster a leading industry in the region but also increase social level of agriculture service(2) Utilizing agricultural informatization technology, agricultural integration related service industry can provide efficient service to the agricultural integration, especiallyefficient agricultural material flow service.(3) Utilizing agricultural informatization technology, integrated management organizations of agriculture can not only grasp the market so as to market home and abroad, but improve management level and implement scientific management.(4) The improvement of agricultural informatization level will cast influence on the interest mechanism between leading enterprises and farm households, which will inspire the two to establish an economic community sharing both risk and interests. It greatly increases farmers' income, stabilizes agricultural integration and guarantees its healthy development.
