Research On Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Agricultural Informatization Developmest In Wuhu County

With the continuous development of China's agricultural industry,agricultural informatization in China has also made certain achievements.Since 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have issued the Opinions on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization,the National Strategic Planning for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),the Guiding Opinions on Winning the Three-Year Action of Fighting Poverty and Fighting Hard Struggles,and put forward the overall plan and objectives of digital rural development.They call for continuing to vigorously implement the action of network poverty alleviation and speeding up the completion of Facilities short board.According to the 43rd Statistical Report on the Development of China's Internet at the end of February 2019,as of December 2018,the proportion of rural netizens in China was 26.7%,with a scale of 222 million,an increase of 6.2%compared with the end of 2017,which provided a broad platform for the development of China's agricultural informatization.This shows that more and more people in rural areas begin to use the Internet as a media to obtain information,which also provides a new platform and opportunity for the development of agricultural informatization.This paper takes the agricultural informationization of Wuhu County as the research object,makes an analysis and Research on its current situation of agricultural informationization development,and uses the methods of theoretical research and model building to analyze the current situation of agricultural informationization in Wuhu County,so as to find out the problems in the development of agricultural informationization in Wuhu County,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)To analyze the current situation of agricultural industry and agricultural informatization in Wuhu County.Based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural informatization in Wuhu,this paper summarizes the advantages of agricultural informatization development in Wuhu County,and takes the development of agricultural informatization in Wuhu County as a template for the development of agricultural informatization.2)Establish the evaluation model of agricultural informatization development in Wuhu County.From the perspective of peasant households,this paper constructs the index system of agricultural informatization,and obtains the effects of education level,computer ownership and telephone ownership on agricultural industry efficiency through data analysis,and gets the results.3)The problems existing in the development of agricultural informatization in Wuhu County are analyzed,such as backward infrastructure construction of agricultural informatization,unclear direction of government-led agricultural informatization construction,lack of resource sharing mechanism in the process of agricultural informatization,lack of agricultural compound talents,low utilization rate of agricultural websites,low utilization rate of traditional informatization means,and low ability of farmers to obtain agricultural information.4)Suggestions for the development of agricultural informatization in Wuhu are put forward:forming a government-led input mechanism for agricultural information,speeding up the effective integration of agricultural information resources,strengthening the quality of farmers'agricultural information acquisition,vigorously promoting e-commerce into rural projects,and vigorously developing diversified agricultural information service modes.
