| This article is a survey for the characteristic and operating method usedin the channel manage and building of relay in GYE. It combined myrealization and experience of work. The intent of this article is to provide anyreference to same type companies.The actual operating states, management and control of relay'sdistribution channel in GYE are emphasized in the article. My idea ismentioned too in the article. The article isn't a stronger all around and higherstrategical study. Start with distribution channel management, introduce someconcrete and exercisable methods and instruments and application states inthe actual working is the main intent of the article.At first, some theories are reviewed in the article. They are Marketing,Relation marketing, Channel manage, Industry marketing, STP, Competitiveetc.In the second chapter, the article introduces GYE to reader. Readercould know what GYE is though it so that the stratagem, marketing strategyand marketing action be understood by reader.In the third chapter, the characteristic of market and competitive in therelay's market are introduced and analyzed. It will provide primaryknowledge of relay's market to reader. Reader can understand GYE'spositioning and methods in the relay's market by this chapter.In the fourth chapter, writer introduces the characteristic of marketing channelof GYE. In the chapter, writer presents the channel's characteristic of GE,supplier of GYE, at first. The reason to select distribution channel on the relay,structure of distribution channel, character of distributor of GYE is analyzedby writer. Writer provides introduction and analysis about GYE's channelmanagement and control. Writer point out some problems and improve waystoo.The viewpoint in the article only is taste and idea of me.
