Based Scm Thinking Of Export Enterprises In Information Systems Research

Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, the progress of economic globalization has become the main stream in the development of international economy. On the condition of economic globalization, the competition pattern between enterprises has changed. Supply chain management (SCM) has been one of the most important aspects of the operation of modern companies including international trade enterprises.After Chinese accession to WTO, international trade has made big progress. But with the unlock of monopoly of foreign trade business, state-owned international trade enterprises encounter many difficulties. Their future is uncertain. Based on the factual investigation, their organization is centralization of state power, business progress exists much space to improve and etc.. In a word, they hardly use SCM to manage their company.The thesis aims to extend SCM to the daily management of international trade enterprises. By tracing the recent development of SCM, based on the research of supply chain management and the investigation of international trade operation, the thesis tries to describe conceptions such as the supply chain of international trade enterprises and the supply chain management of international trade enterprises.The author selects Beijing Medicines & Health Products Import & Export Corporation as study object, with purpose of advancing the economy benefit, the author analyzes the problems existed in the company from the perspective of SCM and redesigns them. Based on them, the thesis outlines the overall plan of information system. The methodologies of the analyzing and designing of information system used in the thesis are very advanced and popular in the world. The author optimizes,analyzes and designs the module of Order Entry/Sale management that is one of the most important modules of the export company's information system.
