The Exploration And Enlightenment Of Supply Chain Management And Operation Of Traditional Foreign Trade Enterprises In My Country

Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet technology,the emergence of new science and technology,the continuous development of China’s economy and the gradual loss of demographic dividend,at the same time,the growth rate of the world economy is slowing down,trade friction is intensifying,the international trade situation is not optimistic,and the traditional development mode of foreign trade enterprises needs to be transformed and upgraded.In recent years,supply chain related policies have sprung up,and the state has paid more and more attention to promoting the innovation and application of enterprise supply chain.The guidance on actively promoting supply chain innovation and application issued in October 2017 plays a role in comprehensively deploying the related work of supply chain development in China in the near future,and makes the supply chain management and operation of Chinese enterprises appear a qualitative leap.Under the background of many challenges facing the foreign trade industry,it is of great significance to study how the traditional foreign trade enterprises in China transform to the modern supply chain operation enterprises.Based on the existing literature and related theories,this paper takes JH company as a case study,through the analysis of the supply chain mode and business process of the company,provides suggestions for the supply chain operation of JH company,and draws the enlightenment of supply chain management of foreign trade enterprises in China.Based on the research of supply chain and supply chain management mode and its advantages and disadvantages and the analysis of internal and external environment of JH company’s supply chain development,this paper finds that there are some problems in the process of supply chain operation,such as insufficient analysis of consumer demand,inadequate supply chain processes and low level of logistics management,limited distribution of supplier network,low customer loyalty,low level of information,After the analysis,the article puts forward some suggestions.Finally,from the aspects of choosing the appropriate supply chain mode,mproving the supply chain management process,strengthening the strategic partnership construction of supply chain,making active use of new technology to accelerate supply chain transformation from information to digitization,improving the ability of logistics management and improving the internal management of enterprises,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for China’s foreign trade enterprises to perfect the supply chain management.
