The challenges to the traditional enterprise management posed by the advent of knowledge economic age impel enterprises to search for new management ideas or new models. That is how Knowledge Management comes into being. Businesses worldwide are experiencing knowledge loss and employee loss. Knowledge is the most important element of core competition ability for technological enterprises. Technological enterprises meet unprecedented challenges such as employee loss, knowledge updating by high speed. Technological enterprises have to update their knowledge, to excavate new knowledge and new ideas, to keep innovating and to create the personal products to compete with other enterprises. So they must carry out knowledge management.This article brings forward the knowledge management system model and the way of performance evaluation for technological enterprises. The knowledge management model includes three parts: goal system, knowledge excavating subsystem and supporting subsystem of knowledge management. Knowledge excavating subsystem is the course of planning, organizing, sharing, creating, identifying and evaluating knowledge. The knowledge supporting subsystem includes mechanism, culture, leader and hardware to carrying out knowledge management. Mechanism is the base of knowledge management;culture can create good atmosphere and is a soft force to implement knowledge management;leaders are key because knowledge management cannot succeed unless leaders pay more attention on the activities;internet and local area network are the physical base. Knowledge is characterized by the way of vector, as will make knowledge workers more convenient to find and use the knowledge case to solve present problems. The model's idea is that knowledge management is a systemic project and should be recognize from all aspects.The article designs a scheme to excavate, to store and share knowledge according to technological enterprises' characters. By implementing the scheme, concealed knowledge will be excavated, shared and accumulated in companies. And the knowledge value will be maximized by sharing through knowledge communicating flat.In the end, referring to innovation enterprises' performance index system, and according to technological enterprises' characters, the evaluating way of knowledge management is created by blur mathematic ideas and means. So an enterprise knowledge management status and performance will be showed by a quantitative way.
