With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the most important resource in an enterprise's survival and development, which has been the consensus of the entrepreneurs. As a result many enterprises spend so much money on implementing the practice of knowledge management. On the other hand, tacit knowledge is the most important part in enterprise's knowledge management; it's the tacit knowledge that builds the enterprise's competitive advantage and ensures the sustainable development. So making the enterprise's tacit knowledge more effectively communicate is very critical. From the knowledge market point, the tacit knowledge communication and transfer fundamentally are the acts of knowledge trading in an enterprise. If the person who owns the tacit knowledge wills to make the knowledge exchanging in the enterprise's knowledge market, tacit knowledge can be effective flow and then its potential value appears. While for the restricting from different factors, the enterprise employee lack of the momentum in knowledge trading which results in the wishes of tacit knowledge trading decreasing, further more, affects the knowledge trading in enterprise. Therefore, it is of great importance and necessity to build a tacit knowledge trading model in an enterprise and incentive the knowledge buyers and sellers efficiently trade valuable tacit knowledge.Based on this, the thesis studies the model of tacit knowledge trading and the issue of incentive in an enterprise. The main works is summarized as follows:(1) The literature review for the topic is the tacit knowledge trading in an enterprise. In this part, I will demonstrate different defines for the knowledge management, knowledge management system; analysis tacit knowledge's meaning, classification, transformation model and the methods of obtaining and measuring; moreover, introduce the conception of knowledge market, elements and knowledge trading act, in order to foreshadow on the back of analysis.(2) The relevant concepts of enterprise knowledge, enterprise's tacit knowledge and knowledge trading, and the basic theory of motivation the research based on introduced. (3) Based on the reasons and elements of enterprise's tacit knowledge, the thesis presents three models for enterprise's tacit knowledge trading. At the same time, the cost/income and price process in these three models are described.(4) After the qualitative and quantitative analysis for tacit knowledge, the thesis builds a model of the enterprise's tacit knowledge trading incentive.
