Research On Evaluation System For Liquor Enterprise Core Competence Of Our Country

Nowadays, the market competition of liquor industry has become fiercer for the native liquor companies developing more rapidly and foreign wine enterprises inrushing to china massively; and the threat of replacements such as beer and grape wine. Thus, the native liquor companies have to build their core competences in order to gain more market shares and sustainable development, the core competence was the resources to maintain the enterprise competitive advantages. Therefore the paper studies the evaluation system of liquor enterprise core competences. From the systematic research on core competences of liquor enterprises, the author will provide an analysis tool to recognize, cultivate, plan and manage the liquor enterprise core competences of our country, which will offer a new thinking about how to make a management strategy for liquor enterprise of our country.First, this paper elaborated lots of literatures on enterprise core competences and put forward some new thoughts about the connotation of it. Then the author proposed the components of these enterprise core competences based on analyzing the competitive environment of liquor enterprise and studying the value chain of liquor enterprises. According to the construction principles of indexes system and the investigation to the experts, the author designed an evaluation system including thirty five indexes belong to five aspects on capital operation ability, technology innovation ability, human resource ability, marketing ability and brand competitive ability respectively. At last, this paper chose three listed liquor enterprises as objects to evaluate their core competences by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. And the author would provide the cultivating strategy on the core competences of liquor enterprises of our country according to the result of the research.
