Based On The Characteristics Of Industrial Development Of Rural Urbanization

Rural urbanization is not only the important development level indication of one region or country but also the inevitable tendency of our society and economy. At present, the urbanization of our country has been turn into the accelerative development stage, the rural urbanization would play more and more important role in the regional development. After the opening and reforming, the rural urbanization progress in southeast littoral areas of our country is incredibly speedy, and present three patterns of rural urbanization: "SuNan pattern", "WenZhou pattern" and "ZhuJiang Delta pattern". These patterns which are formed by the industrialization have been effectively advanced the regional urbanization progress, and have been take as the succeed examples of the rural urbanization development. However, the development of urbanization in the West and the Middle is so slowly that it becomes an important problem which the government has to face. So the method that developing characteristic industry to accelerate the urbanization is brought forward by the practical analysis on LiQuan district based on the development of characteristic industry and the fostering of dominant industry.The fact of the rural urbanization and industrialization and the relationship of them are analyzed firstly in this paper. Based on that, it is advanced that developing rural industry is to promoting rural industrialization and in turn rural urbanization. Secondly, the mechanism of interaction of characteristic industry and rural urbanization is analyzed, and it is brought forward that the conceiving of developing rural so as to impulse rural urbanization, and so is the ensuring measures. At last, measures to practice is put forward based on practical analysis of developing characteristic industry to accelerate the urbanization by the exemplification of LiQuan district.The main conclusions of this article include: first, the rural urbanization is deeply interaction with the characteristic industry development. The essential of rural urbanization is the spatial congregation of industries and population. Thedevelopment of characteristic industry could effectively impel the rural urbanization progress;second, based on the experience of town's development and rural urbanization in developed areas in our country, the author posts the rural urbanization path based on the development of characteristic industries. Third, the author presents the measures for advancing rural-urbanization progress of LiQuan, which are based on the local characteristic apple-industry and the present fact of LiQuan's rural-urbanization development.
