Accompanied by the world development process of modernization, China will step into industrial society and information society from agricultural society. In this historical process of development, China's existing dualistic society structure, based on household contract responsibility system, has been becoming the great obstacle for modernization process, "three agricultural problems" is one of the salient form. In recent years, "three agricultural problems" has gradually become the focus which gets the attention from the media, governments and academia."Three agricultural problems" is a great issue, land institution reform, which plays an important role in the "three agricultural problem", is not perfect in the aspect of theory, we should conclude experience from the successful and unsuccessful practices. This thesis attempts to discuss the changes of our land property rights system from a perspective of institutional economics, grope for the theory that promote the development of rural land system and measures to solve "three agricultural problems".Chapter one is about the relevant status quo home and oversea. First, it introduced the concept of land systems, then analyzed the factors that property rights theory impact on the change of our land system, at last introduced the research on land property rights.Chapter two is about the changing history of land property rights system in our country. It first introduced all of the land property rights systems from the foundation of PRC including individual land ownership and, primary cooperatives, senior cooperatives, people's commune land system, and the household contract responsibility system at present, and analyzed systematically the historical background of these land property...
