Research On The Reform Of Rural Land Shareholding System From The Perspective Of Marx's Land Property Theory

At present,China's development has entered the middle and late stages of industrialization,is moving towards consumption and innovation to promote economic development of the new normal.As one of the main factors of economic development and transformation under the new normal state,the rational development and utilization of land is related to the realization of national sustainable development strategy,which directly affects the process of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Only by changing the existing forms of land use and configuration can the economic development mode be changed.Based on the importance and urgency of solving the land problem,the rural land system has become one of the most important academic and policy problems in China's economic development and transition.Rural land shareholding system is an innovation of rural basic management system under the new situation,which is an important measure to improve farmers' organization and accelerate agricultural modernization.Deepening the study of rural land shareholding system,on the one hand,the land system to conduct a comprehensive theoretical study and empirical analysis.These analyzes can help us to further understand the various difficulties and constraints of land reform in order to explore the effective way to promote the rapid and rapid development of rural land stock system,with a view to help deepen the reform of rural land system;On the other hand,the current rural land policy is increasingly towards strengthening property rights protection and farmland market direction,and thus to strengthen the rural land property rights research.The transformation of rural land property rights,the need to base on China's basic national conditions and specific agricultural conditions,we must always adhere to the Marxist theory of land property right guidance.Based on the above logic,it is of great significance to study the theory of Marx's land property right and to guide the reform of rural land shareholding system,which is of great significance in theory and practice.This paper studies the reform of China's rural shareholding system from the perspective of Marx's land property rights from five parts.The first part,the introduction.This paper expounds the background and significance of this study,and systematically reviews the relevant research literatures on the theory of land property right and land share system both at home and abroad,expounds the research objectives and research contents of this paper,and summarizes the research methods and research ideas of this paper.The second part,Marx's theory of land property rights and its contemporary value.This chapter first elaborates the main contents of the six-point theory of land property right system,land property right theory,land property right combination and separation theory,which is covered by Marx's land property right theory.Then,based on the macroscopic background of deepening reform of rural land system,The Practical Value of Land Property Theory in Contemporary China.The third part is the theory and practice of China's rural land shareholding system reform.On the basis of defining the concept of land system,joint-stock system and rural land shareholding system,this paper discusses the background and practical significance of China's rural land shareholding system reform,and through case analysis to understand the current practice of rural land shareholding reform and its overall effect.The fourth part,the existing problems and risks of rural land shareholding system reform.This chapter analyzes the problems and social risks in the process of reform and the internal motivation of the problems.The fifth part is the policy path of rural land shareholding reform from the perspective of Marx's land property right theory.This part first analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the reform,and analyzes the beneficial revelation of Marx's land property right theory to China's rural land shareholding system reform.Secondly,it puts forward the relevant policy path selection,and finally deduces the relevant conclusion and future prospect.
